Free Shipping Offer
IM.MUN is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $52.99. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your country.
We provide international shipping to most countries. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please reach out to us at support@im-mun.com for verification.
1. Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
- Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Standard Processing: 1–2 business days.
- High-Volume Periods: During seasonal sales or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
- Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
- To ensure the fastest delivery, orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if items ship separately.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
- All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand potential charges before placing an order.
4. Address Accuracy & Liability
- It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
- IM.MUN is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
- If we make a clerical error on the shipping label, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages A package is considered lost if the tracking information shows no updates for more than 20 consecutive days. Please contact us at support@im-mun.com to initiate a replacement.
- Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Delivered but Missing If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your items:
- Check with members of your household and neighbors.
- Wait 1–2 business days (carriers sometimes mark items as delivered early).
- Contact your local post office or courier to file a formal claim.
- Email us at support@im-mun.com with your claim details for further assistance.
