If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, we will make it right — no hassle, and in many cases, no return shipping required.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Orders)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund on your first order.

  • No Return Required: For your first unit of any product, you can keep the item. We don't want to waste your time with return shipping if the product didn't work for you.
  • Multi-Unit Orders: If you ordered multiple units (e.g., a 3-pack), the first unit is covered by our no-return refund. The remaining units must be returned unopened and in original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

2. Standard 30-Day Return Policy

For all subsequent orders or items not covered by the Happiness Guarantee, we have a 30-day return policy.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them — unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number is required for all returns.

3. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in original packaging.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplement pouches or partially used gummies
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items without original packaging

5. Damages, Issues & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

  • Reporting Window: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Documentation: Include photos of the damaged item and the shipping box in your email.
  • Resolution: We will send a replacement or process an immediate refund at no additional cost to you.

6. How to Start a Return or Refund

  1. Email Us: Contact support@im-mun.com with your order number and a brief reason for your request.
  2. Approval: Our team will respond within 24 hours.
  3. Instructions: If a return is required, we will send you a return shipping label and full instructions.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


7. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return (within 48 hours of arrival), we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Processing: If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Bank Delays: Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
